Using the ambiguity of 'sexiest/best looking', I'll give you some opinions (it's just an opinion, after all).
Elementalist: Any of the Elite Prophecies or NF sets (excluding Ancient). Ranger: I like all the sets. A few more than others, but again, it's really your opinion (for example, I prefer non-elite Druids to the elite version). Mesmer: Meh. Don't particularly like any of them. Warrior: Elite Canthan, Primeval, non-elite knights. Dervish: Monument is pretty cool. A lot of them are very boring though. Paragon: Obsidian and Primeval. Necromancer: Vabbian, Primeval, Obsidian. Monk: Kurzick (both versions), elite sunspear. Assassin: Elite Kurz. Don't like many of them. Rit: Imperial (both versions), Elite Kurz.
